The tropical-themed outdoor space has been a major draw for guests staying in the B&B-style accommodation the couple has operated at their three-bedroom home at 3 Blyth St, Bell Park.

Barry Plant, Geelong real estate agent Chari Emirzade, said the garden was an unexpected delight that offered something for everyone.

In addition to the artificial grass putting green, there is a Balinese hut, fire pit, two towering palm trees and bamboo water features.
