Of all the real estate developers in India, it was Lodha Group that was the largest source of income in 2020, a year ravaged by the global COVID-19 pandemic. In the recently released real estate rich list 2020, GROHE has given Hurun Mangal Prabhat Lodha of Lodha Group the highest bill as the richest builder in India. With a net worth of Rs 44,270 crore with an increase of 39% in the current year, it hardly comes as a surprise.


DLF’s Rajiv Singh ranks second in the list of richest developers in the country released by GROHE Hurun. Rajiv Singh’s wealth of Rs 36,430 crore showed a 45% increase, driven by 50% increase in the company’s share price.

K Raheja Corp

Chandru Raheja of K Raheja Corp ranks third in the list with a current wealth of Rs 26,260 crore, which incidentally shows a 70% increase.

Embassy office parks

Jitendra Virwani of Embassy Office Parks comes 4e in GROHE Hurun’s illustrious list of the 10 richest real estate players in India. His total wealth is recorded at 23,220 crore.

Hiranandani Communities

Niranjan Hiranandani of Hiranandani Communities ranks fifth in the real estate business rating list at Rs 20,600 crore.
